About This Project

During the start of the Pandemic, we witnessed how Philippine courts transitioned to conducting online hearings and procedures in order to keep the wheels of justice running.

In this episode, we look at the policy reforms necessary as well as the technologies that can be adopted by the courts in order to address the lasting changes brought about by the New Normal.

Our panel in this week’s DTT are from the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the UP Law Center Technology Law and Policy Program and the public and private sector, who are currently participating in the efforts surrounding the digital transformation happening in Philippine court proceedings.
