What is Digital Transformation Thursdays?

In celebration of Disini Law’s 20th anniversary, Disini Law created Digital Transformation Thursdays (DTT) – a Webinar Series that discusses issues and problems encountered in the journey towards digital transformation. 

It is a weekly webinar that takes place online every Thursday at 4:00pm thru Zoom and FB Live.

DTT is presented  to you by the Disini Law Office and the Digital Freedom Network.

Is your webinar for free?

Yes, our webinars on Digital Transformation Thursdays are free. No fees required to attend. You simply need to register at dtt.ph.

How can I watch the previous DTT events?

We will be uploading recordings of our webinars on our official Facebook page and our official Youtube channel.

Why can’t I get in Zoom? I registered early. I should be able to get in.

Entry into the Zoom webinar is on a first-come-first-served basis and not based on the date you registered.

Do you provide e-Certificates for attending DTT?

Yes, we do. Simply follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Register at dtt.ph for the webinar episode you wish to attend
  • Step 2: After the webinar, wait for our email with subject heading “E-Certificate of Attendance”
  • Step 3: Click on the link provided in the said email and follow the steps (make sure you complete all required fields)
  • Step 4: Wait for our confirmation email on your request
  • Step 5: Settle payment using the bank account details provided in the confirmation email
  • Step 6: Reply to DTT’s confirmation email with your proof of payment

Are the e-Certificates free?

No, however, you are free to choose how much to donate to DTT DONATE to avail of the official “eCertificate of Attendance”. You may choose from either PhP100, PhP300, or PhP500.

100% of the proceeds will be donated under your name of choice to COVID-19 frontliners.

How do I request for the e-Certificate?

Simply follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Register at dtt.ph for the webinar episode you wish to attend
  • Step 2: After the webinar, wait for our email with subject heading “E-Certificate of Attendance”
  • Step 3: Click on the link provided in the said email and follow the steps (make sure you complete all required fields)
  • Step 4: Wait for our confirmation email on your request

How will I get to qualify for an e-Certificate?

Registering on Zoom and attending the webinar will qualify you for an e-Certificate.

When can I apply for my e-Certificate?

After the webinar, please wait for our email with subject heading “E-Certificate of Attendance”

Does that mean if I do not register, I cannot avail of an eCertificate even if I attend the webinar on FB Live or dtt.ph?

Yes.

How do I avail of e-Certificate from the past DTT events I have attended?

Please check your email. If you registered for the webinar, you should have received an email with subject-heading “E-Certificate of Attendance”.

Which information do I have to indicate in the e-Certificate? Should it match my ID?

No, it doesn’t need to match your ID information. 

These are the fields you are required to fill out as part of eCertificate request:

  • Name on the Certificate *your name on the actual eCertificate
  • Donate as *donor name
  • Email Address
  • Company Name is optional

What happens if I make a mistake with the data I’ve encoded? Can I still request a new e-certificate? Can the previous one be null and void?

Our system is automated and this is not possible at the moment. If you wish to correct the mistake, you can request for a new e-certificate and donate again.

Why is there a donation for e-Certificates when it is a free webinar?

We are doing this to help our COVID-19 frontliners. Rest assured that 100% of the total amount raised will go to them.

How much of my donation is going directly to the beneficiary?

100% of the proceeds from the donations for DTT AID will be donated to designated beneficiaries.

Is there a financial summary that will state or collate donations?

We will regularly post updates here.

How will I know if the e-Certificate is legit?

The official e-Certificate will contain the signature of Atty. JJ Disini.

Can I pay for someone else’s e-Certificate?

You can donate under any name of your choosing. Just input your desired name in the relevant field.

Can I donate in honor of someone?

You can choose to put any name in the field for the donor’s name.

Whom do I contact if I have a question or problem making an online donation?

Can I donate anonymously or donate even if I didn’t register for the webinar?

You can donate anonymously, just put anonymous when prompted to provide the donor’s name. 

At the moment, it is not possible to donate if you didn’t register for the  webinar.

How can I refund my donation?

It is not possible to refund your donation at the moment.

I accidentally deleted or lost the e-Certificate, how do I get a request for another copy? Will I be able to request for a new copy?

You may request for a new copy of a previously generated e-Certificate by sending an email to dtt@disini.ph

Can I donate through bank transfer, checks or PayPal?

We can only accommodate payments  made via bank transfer to our bank accounts.

Is my financial information safe?

Yes, we will not use it for any other purpose other than to verify your payment.

Will DTT rent, sell or trade my personal information?

Processing of your personal information will always be in accordance with our Privacy Policy which you may access here.

Can I request for a hard copy of the e-Certificate?

No.

If I want a hard-copy, can you have it printed and sent to my address? Is there an additional fee for shipping?

No. You can print the eCertificate if you so wish.

Can we get a copy of the presentation decks from today’s event?

This will depend on our speakers. If they give us permission to share their presentation decks, we will upload and share them on our official Facebook page.

Can we get a copy of the transcript from today’s event?

We do not provide transcripts for our webinars.

However, we will be uploading recordings of our webinars on our official Facebook page and our official Youtube channel.

Is this webinar e-Certificate eligible for credit units as part of MCLE Program?

No.
